Shipping & Return Policy
All orders placed before 10am will be shipped the same day. Please allow 3-5 working days after shipment for your package to arrive. After your order is processed, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a separate email with tracking information.
If you contact us within a few hours after placing your order, we will try to change your address. However, once your order has been processed, we will not be able to change your address. If you think your package will not arrive to you, please email us at gracetea.co@gmail.com with your order number.
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled as it is already on its way to being shipped. However, if you email us at gracetea.co@gmail.com within 12 hours after placing your order, there is a slight chance that we will be able to cancel it in time. If your order is processed and is on its way to you, but you would like to return it, you can write “RETURN TO SENDER” on the package (without opening it) and have it sent back to us for a refund (shipping fee is not included).
All items purchased from Grace Tea are made according to the shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and ownership for these items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We pass all the items to the carrier that you have chosen upon checkout of our products - if they lose your package, you must contact them and seek compensation. The details of the shipping company responsible for your package will be stated on your tracking link.

All teas should be kept in airtight containers away from direct sunlight.
Yes, only if you send an email to gracetea.co@gmail.com within 12 hours after placing your order, otherwise we will not be able to amend any part of your order once it has been processed.
Each subscription package will be sent out on the 21st of each month to ensure that it will arrive in your hands in time for the next month.
Of course, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. You just need to email us at gracetea.co@gmail.com by the 18th or your package will already be packed, so your cancellation will only take effect the following month.
